Questions operators actually ask
Does it handle account and corporate work as well as cash jobs?
Yes — and on the same board. A job is priced as a fixed fare, hourly hire or account billing, from a tariff you control. Nothing forces you to pick one side of the business.
Can customers book without creating an account?
Yes. A returning customer is recognised by name and mobile number with a one-time code — no password. New customers simply give their details as they book.
Can I take a deposit to cut no-shows?
Yes. Deposits are set per service, as a fixed amount or a percentage, taken by card at the point of booking and set against the final fare.
We run several depots. Does that work?
That's a first-class case, not an afterthought. Each branch has its own booking page, board and fleet; head office gets a roll-up view and decides what each branch may change for itself.
